These Affiliate Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the PeptidoGlow™ Affiliate Program ("Program"). By enrolling in the Program, you ("Affiliate" or "Partner") agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. PeptidoGlow™ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

1. Eligibility & Approved Audiences

Participation in the Program is limited to individuals and entities who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to participate in affiliate marketing activities in your jurisdiction.
• Your audience consists primarily of qualified researchers, laboratories, clinics, academic institutions, or licensed distributors.
• Your promotional channels comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

PeptidoGlow™ products are intended strictly for in vitro and laboratory research use. Affiliates may only refer qualified researchers and research-oriented buyers. Referrals targeting general consumers, bodybuilders, weight-loss communities, or any audience seeking products for personal use are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commission on verified eligible orders placed through their unique referral link:

• First Order Commission: 10% of the verified order value on a referred customer's first qualifying purchase.
• Lifetime Recurring Commission: 10% of the verified order value on all subsequent qualifying purchases made by the same referred customer, for as long as the affiliate account remains in good standing.

Commissions are calculated on the net order value, excluding taxes, shipping charges, and any applied discounts. PeptidoGlow™ reserves the right to adjust commission rates with reasonable notice to active affiliates.

3. Prohibited Promotional Claims

Affiliates may not, under any circumstances, promote PeptidoGlow™ products in connection with any of the following:

• Human consumption, ingestion, injection, or any form of personal use
• Veterinary or animal use
• Dosing, treatment, diagnosis, or prevention of any disease or health condition
• Bodybuilding, performance enhancement, or muscle growth
• Weight loss, fat reduction, or metabolic claims
• Anti-aging, cosmetic, or aesthetic benefits
• Any disease-related, therapeutic, or medical claim

All promotional content must accurately represent PeptidoGlow™ products as research-use-only compounds intended for qualified laboratory and in vitro use. Affiliates who make prohibited claims will be subject to immediate termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and may be reported to relevant regulatory authorities.

4. Disclosure Requirements (FTC Compliance)

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with PeptidoGlow™ in all promotional content, including but not limited to blog posts, social media posts, videos, email newsletters, and any other public-facing communications. Acceptable disclosure language includes:

• "Affiliate link"
• "Paid partnership with PeptidoGlow™"
• "I may earn a commission from qualified purchases"
• "This post contains affiliate links — I earn a commission at no extra cost to you"

Disclosures must be placed prominently — before the affiliate link and not buried in footers, collapsed sections, or in language that requires effort to find. Failure to include proper disclosures constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

5. Payout Schedule

Commissions are paid on a monthly basis. The standard payout cycle is as follows:

• Commissions earned in a given calendar month are reviewed and verified during the first week of the following month.
• Verified commissions are disbursed within 15 business days following the close of the review period.
• A minimum payout threshold of $25.00 applies. Balances below this threshold roll over to the following month.
• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details on file are accurate. PeptidoGlow™ is not liable for failed payments resulting from incorrect account information.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

Commissions are only earned on verified, completed, and non-disputed orders. The following order types are not commissionable:

• Orders that are refunded in full or in part
• Orders that are canceled before fulfillment
• Orders subject to a chargeback or payment dispute
• Orders flagged for compliance review or suspected fraud
• Orders placed by the affiliate themselves or immediate associates

If a commission has already been paid on an order that is subsequently refunded or charged back, PeptidoGlow™ reserves the right to deduct the corresponding commission amount from future payouts or recover it directly.

7. Tax Documentation

Affiliates who earn $600 or more in commissions within a calendar year (U.S.-based affiliates) will be required to submit a completed IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving payment. Non-U.S. affiliates may be required to submit the applicable IRS W-8 form series.

• Tax forms must be submitted through the affiliate portal. Payments will be withheld until required documentation is on file.
• Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and remitting all taxes on commissions earned.
• PeptidoGlow™ will issue Form 1099-NEC to eligible U.S. affiliates in accordance with IRS reporting requirements.

8. Termination & Program Enforcement

PeptidoGlow™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of this Agreement
• Making prohibited claims or misrepresenting products
• Failure to maintain required FTC disclosures
• Fraudulent activity, including self-referrals or click manipulation
• Promotion to audiences inconsistent with the research-use-only purpose of PeptidoGlow™ products
• Conduct that damages or could damage the reputation of PeptidoGlow™

Upon termination, pending commissions from non-compliant activity are forfeited. Verified commissions earned prior to the violation may be paid at PeptidoGlow™'s discretion. Affiliates may appeal a termination decision in writing within 14 days of notice.

9. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use PeptidoGlow™ approved brand assets — including logos, product images, and approved copy — solely for the purpose of promoting the Program in accordance with this Agreement. Affiliates may not alter, modify, or misrepresent any PeptidoGlow™ brand material. This license is automatically revoked upon termination of the affiliate relationship.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the PeptidoGlow™ Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Affiliate Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties with respect to the Program and supersedes any prior representations or discussions.
