These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the PeptidoGlow™ website, account portal, and the purchase of any products offered through peptidoglow.com ("Site"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase any products.

1. Research Use Only — Eligibility & Intended Use

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a qualified researcher, laboratory, academic institution, or licensed distributor purchasing solely for in vitro or laboratory research use.
• You will not use, resell, or distribute any product for human consumption, ingestion, injection, veterinary use, or any personal application.
• You are legally permitted to purchase and handle research compounds in your jurisdiction.

PeptidoGlow™ reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order or account where these representations appear false or where products are suspected to be intended for prohibited use.

2. Account Registration

Certain features of the Site, including order history and Certificate of Analysis (COA) access, require a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. PeptidoGlow™ reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear to violate the research-use-only restrictions of this Agreement. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full prior to order fulfillment.

4. Certificates of Analysis & Product Testing

Each production lot is tested by an independent third-party laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 standards, which may include HPLC purity analysis and mass spectrometry identity verification. Certificates of Analysis (COAs), when available for a given batch, may be accessed through your account dashboard or by scanning the product QR code. COAs reflect testing of the specific production lot and are provided for research documentation purposes only.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is currently available within the United States, the Dominican Republic, and Europe. Full details on processing times, carriers, and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where covered by our shipment guarantee as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Sealed, unopened vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened or reconstituted vials are not eligible for return.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or intended use of products; resell products to non-qualified end users; use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site; or reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse any Site content, including product data and COAs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product imagery, and COA formatting — is the property of PeptidoGlow™ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" for research purposes only. PeptidoGlow™ makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any product for a particular purpose beyond in vitro or laboratory research use. You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and lawful use of all products in compliance with applicable regulations governing research materials.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeptidoGlow™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including damages resulting from misuse of products outside their intended research application. PeptidoGlow™'s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeptidoGlow™, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of products, violation of this Agreement, or violation of any applicable law or regulation, including any use of products outside the scope of in vitro or laboratory research.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PeptidoGlow™ is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that location.

13. Changes to These Terms

PeptidoGlow™ reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Site or placement of an order following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. Affiliates enrolled in the Partner Program remain additionally bound by our separate Affiliate Terms & Conditions.
