Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how orders are processed, and what to expect once your order leaves our facility. All shipments are handled with care to preserve the integrity of research materials in transit.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day via insured courier.
1. Shipping Destinations
PeptidoGlow™ currently ships to the following regions:

All orders are subject to our researcher verification requirements regardless of destination.
2. Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are processed on the next business day. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer; any delay will be communicated via your account or email.
3. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via insured courier to protect against loss or damage in transit. Packaging is designed to maintain product integrity and discretion throughout delivery. Signature confirmation may be required for certain orders.
4. Delivery Estimates
Most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 2–3 business days of shipment. International deliveries to the Dominican Republic and Europe may take longer depending on customs processing and local courier networks. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather and carrier delays.
5. International Shipping, Customs & Duties
International shipments to the Dominican Republic and Europe may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total at checkout. PeptidoGlow™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and within your account dashboard. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after a shipment is created.
7. Shipping Delays & Undeliverable Packages
PeptidoGlow™ is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, incorrect address information provided at checkout, or events beyond our reasonable control. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
All shipments are insured. If your order does not arrive, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
