Returns & Refunds
We want researchers to have confidence in every order placed with PeptidoGlow™. This policy explains when a return is eligible, how our shipment guarantee works, and how refunds are processed.
Sealed, unopened vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, an item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The vial(s) must be sealed and unopened, in their original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier's tracking record.
- The order must have been placed by a verified researcher account in good standing.
- Proof of purchase (order number or account confirmation) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are laboratory research compounds, the following are not eligible for return:
- Opened, reconstituted, or otherwise used vials.
- Products that have left the custody of the original purchaser.
- Items purchased more than 14 days prior to the return request.
- Sale, clearance, or otherwise marked final-sale items.
Opened or reconstituted vials are not eligible for standard return, but may qualify for coverage under our shipment guarantee described below.
3. Shipment Guarantee
PeptidoGlow™ stands behind the integrity of every shipment. If your order arrives damaged, compromised in transit, or does not match what was ordered, our shipment guarantee applies regardless of whether the vial has been opened. Affected orders are eligible for a replacement or refund once verified. Claims under the shipment guarantee should be submitted within 14 days of delivery, along with photos of the affected product and packaging where possible.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or shipment guarantee claim:
- Sign in to your account and locate the relevant order in your order history.
- Submit a return or claim request through the Contact page, including your order number and reason for the request.
- Our compliance team will review the request and respond with next steps, including a return shipping label where applicable.
Do not send products back without first receiving return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once a returned item is received and inspected, or a shipment guarantee claim is verified, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled free of charge before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and instead falls under the standard return process described above. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or containing the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost once the issue is verified.
8. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
PeptidoGlow™ reserves the right to decline a return or refund request where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, fraud, or repeated abuse of this policy, including refund requests made outside the qualifying window or for products used outside the scope of laboratory research.
